We worked with Chris on our very difficult loan process. We were doing a VA loan and the rules have changed so much since my husband got out of the service that it was nice seeing someone who knew what we needed before we needed it. I am so thankful to have worked with Chris Gilbert regarding the financing of my new home purchase. It was a long process and Chris was with me through it all. He is helpful and responsive but most importantly he is thoughtful. Chris made sure all our paperwork was in order and everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Much of Mr. Gilbert's work is regulated by federal law, which reducesflexibility. Still he makes a concerted effort to find the most favorable loan vehicle for our needs within the tight parameters of those regulations.We felt his personable and diligent efforts were always looking out for ourbest interest. Chris is the best in the industry. I feel like I am his only client and I love that when I call I always talk to him versus a handful of other people that may or may not know all the details in my file. Chris has spent hours on the phone with me and makes me feel as though I have a friend in the mortgage industry. Chris is honest and reliable. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. There are no surprises with Chris.
