I can't begin to say how happy I was with Chris Morton. He is an absolute All Star and asset to Absolute Mortgage. I loved the tech and the way he presented the options. Chris was phenomenal to work with, he was so knowledgable and also so approachable. He really helped us understand what was happening during each step of our buying experience and what we could expect to happen next. Chris is very informative and thorough. Going through refinances and home sales can sometimes be like getting poked in the eye with a sharp stick with all the questions and paperwork. From start to finish, this was the easiest and most transparent refi I've ever done. He handled everything and kept me up to date and well informed. I believe I got a better deal than anywhere else in the Seattle area. I searched quite a few different lenders and Chris's offer blew them all away. If you want easy, reliable, pain-free financing, give Chris a call.

We've done many refinances in my time, and I have to say this was one of our best experiences with Chris. He did an excellent job of explaining and educating throughout the entire process, and was extremely responsive to questions and concerns. We had some additional complexity as we were doing two re-finances simultaneously, but Chris didn't skip a beat!

Chris removed the majority of the stress from the refinance process. It is a big decision with a lot of options and a lot of language that most of us don't understand. He made the options clear, gave solid recommendations, and didn't push or rush the situation. As far as refinancing goes, it was as pleasant of a situation as I could have hoped for. I will definitely be coming back to Chris for my next mortgage and will refer my friends to him (how I found him in the first place!).

Due to being self employed and having most of our income from real estate, we have had difficulty qualifying for a conventional Fannie type mortgage, despite having more than enough income. Chris found a program that worked for us with a great 30 a year fixed interest rate on a jumbo sized mortgage . The lender's process and requirements were complicated but Chris went the extra mile to make sure our application was a success.
