Spoke w/Chris , filled out doc & paid appraisal fee .. Never got appraisal back & now being told if I don’t file taxes I’m not approved .. I was never told tht my loan isn’t based off my income & can only be approved if I’m a tax payer & file taxes .. I feel scammed & taken advantage of ..
