Chris kept me updated with the process of the loan. He told me what documents or communication to expect from his team members so I wasn’t surprised when I got an email from an unfamiliar name. He gave me a list of options or choices to best fit my needs for the loan. His online “tasks” for me to submit documents was easy to understand and navigate. This was my second loan with Chris and I will use him again and refer friends/family to him.
