Started off great. Chris is very responsive and respectful of our time. His assistant Emily is borderline incompetent. Sent my social security and date of birth in the body of an email, then when I asked to not do that again she didn't even acknowledge my request. She asked for multiple documents that had already been provided multiple times and could never give us a straight yes or no answer. My wife and I were both wanting to switch loan providers by the end of the process.
