We previously tried to go through another bank and it took them 4 months then had to refer us to christi. After being referred to her it took her 2 weeks to approve us and we were able to close and move in. She also was on vacation while still taking care of us when we needed her. This was our first home and she explained/ answered all our questions. I would refer her to any of my friends and family.
