The level of communication is far and beyond any customer service level we have received in a very long time. The urgency we needed was met with the ambition and willing actions of Christi and Kelsi. Christi went out of her way to make sure I got the best rate possible and that I closed on the loan on time despite personal obstacles standing in my way. She was patient and kind and made sure to explain every step of the process thoroughly. I never had any trouble reaching her to ask questions.

Christi is a special person who genuinely cares for her clients. She is always looking to help them make the most out of their business with her and works extremely hard to ensure everyone is satisfied. Christi goes out of her way to be present at closings and always brings a small gift welcoming the customer into their new home which she does not have to do. These qualities are very hard to come by today and I am blessed to know Christi and would consider her a friend.
