From the moment I got to the clinic in McKenzie I was made to feel like the staff was glad I was there. The triage nurse Anna was polite, professional and thorough. The phlebotomy nurse was very nice too. Kirsten Sass has been my primary care provider for over 10 years and will continue to be for as long as I am able to get to McKenzie.
The waiting area was relaxing & Comfortable. My nurse Anna was very knowledgeable & understanding. Kirsten was great as always. Thank you!
I am very satisfied with the visit we had this morning with Ms Kim I've changed my children over to her from the pediatrician we had before the one before was not that great and I decided to change my family over to her Miss Kim she took very good care of my children this morning took her time went over everything I will continue coming here I have trust and faith in the doctor and the staff so kind soft spoken smiles everywhere I highly recommend a 10 out of 10 .
from the receptionist to the nurse who took my vitals and blood, and the Dr. was the most pleasurable dr visits ive ever had. professionals with a personal touch and care to my needs, i will definately return for all my medical needs.
Easy to obtain an appointment, no long waits, professional and clean clinic. I switched here when getting new insurance that my former doctor didn't take. I'm so glad that I did!
