Chris Hendron was a fine and professional person to work with. The rest of the Diamond Residential team unfortunately was terrible, unprofessional, did not communicate well, lost documents sent directly to them, forgot to make call backs, they all made me feel like I didn?? matter and they really didn?? care if my loan happened because they would just get another one. I would recommend Chris again if he worked for a different company.

He could not tell us what the closing costs would be. Always an excuse and did not know until papers were being signed at closing, which he did not show up for. This guy is a complete con man. Closing costs were thousands more than he lead us to believe. In the day of complete transparency this guy and his company failed miserably! He took complete advantage of knowing my wife would be the only one at closing. He wasn?? there to answer her questions. A real dirt bag!! .
