I received everything I asked for, a low interest rate with cash out on my refi. Christine was with me every step on the way and always kept me informed of where we were in the process. She is great on answering any questions you might ask and gets back to you quickly. She is very thorough and very pleasant to work with. I trust her completely and will definitely work with her in the future if the need arises.
