I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent in-office dermatology appointment. I scheduled this visit to address both a facial rash and a full skin scan, which I clearly communicated when making the appointment. I chose an in-person visit rather than Telehealth so both concerns could be handled at once, and the scheduler recommended the Bountiful office for this reason, even though it is farther from my home.While the provider appropriately discussed my rash, I was told there was no time to perform the skin scan... read more
