Never thinking I would injure myself at work, especially stepping off a zamboni, I did. My knee awkwardly bent inward, and my ACL tore, and my meniscus got turned upside down and torn as well. Super nervous and worried, all I was thinking about were the athletes that you see in tv tearing their knees up.
