I am so excited to have my foot look like it should, after a failed attempt with another orthopedic physician. I broke my foot last May, it did not heal correctly. I have had wonderful treatment with Dr. Hirose and his staff. On to healing. Impressed.
As a result of end stage arthritis, I had subtalar and talonvicular foot fusion performed by Dr Hirose in September 2023. Although not completely through the recovery period yet, I am now back to all the things I love without the sharp pain I was previously experiencing. Dr Hirose listens, explains the options and risks, and follows up with competent, compassionate care. He is an excellent surgeon and I wholeheartedly recommend him and his practice!
Dr. Hirose was actually there for every appointment, so I could ask questions as needed and receive answers. He is friendly and definitely knowledgeable !!! He is saving me from the last three years of almost constant pain when another surgeon supposedly 'fixed' the three broken bones in my right ankle. My surgery to remove the metal straps and screws will take place in two weeks. Hurray for Dr. Hirose !!!
I was seen on time and staff explained everything. I had time to have my questions answered.
Dr Hirose is personable and shows concern and care for his patient. His explanations are thorough and completed. I never feel rushed. Best of all the results of the surgery have been great.
Have been seeing Dr Hirose for over two years re foot arthritis. He is wonderful at explaining the issue and the options and then giving the patient choice on how to proceed. I highly recommend him.
I trust Dr Hirose, who has performed two surgeries on me thus far, a joint fusion and Achilles reattachment. I will say, however that he is not warm and fuzzy and he’s always busy. I miss his previous PA, Shane who took more time to explain anything Dr Hirose didn’t detail. His leaving has left a gap in communication (for me) but I still would choose Dr Hirose for any ankle or foot surgery needs.
Dr Hirose is wonderful! Superb surgeon, great bedside manner, very caring and I trust him completely!
Great professional staff. Visit was in depth, but with great ease. Dr. Hirose has an amazing bed side manner. Explains everything to make certain I have a clear picture of progress and next steps.
