Well Chris was unprepared and very unorganized. I had to get proof of funds 7 times and they had to be different every time. Then at closing time he tacked on another $600 fee. This was my wife’s first house purchase which it’s supposed to be a happy time but Leader 1 made it miserable and very stressful. I will never use Leader 1 ever again.
