I had severe acid reflux and recently had surgery for a Hiatal Hernia. I no longer have the acid reflux which has improved the quality of my life. I cannot say enough about how wonderful I think Dr. Reising is. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He truly cares for his patients. When you speak with him, his only concern is you, his patient, and truly wants to be there to help solve your medical problem.

I saw Dr. Reising on a consult from my gastroenterologist regarding complications from a surgical repair of a hiatal hernia done elsewhere 6 years ago. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he thought was going on & why I am having the symptoms I do. He made recommendations of non surgical interventions to try first. I never felt rushed.

Dr. Reising did an inguinal hernia repair on me which he was able to add on to my radical prostatectomy. He explained the procedure to me in his office so I knew what to expect. I have set up a follow-up appointment with him tomorrow but expect that he will find that I am healing well.

I was referred to him by another physician. He seemed to have an attitude towards me as soon as I met him. I have suffered with GERD for years and am desperate for help. He pretty much dismissed my problems, said he couldn't help me, and ushered me out the side door,

Dr Reising seemed to be such a caring provider. My surgery seemed simple enough. I had open ventral hernia surgery about two years ago. Once I presented with issues, Dr.Reising became angry, acting as though I was wasting his time. Currently I have suffered with never ending bowel issues and a protrusion (growing larger) around site of where mesh was placed. It hurts more than I can explain. I wish all risks were explained prior to surgery.
