Amazing customer service! We had what I would term as some major obstacles to refinancing our home. Chris helped us manage the hurdles without losing his patience with us. He explained everything until we understood it, and he legitimized any questions that we had. He is very knowledgeable, and he made us feel comfortable from the beginning. He worked diligently to get us through to closing with constant communication. I really appreciate all that he did for us!
great job Chris was such a great help. Our loan was not an easy one, but he was able to remove every roadblock we encountered. He explained the why on everything we needed to do so we could understand the process completely. We were constantly updated on where we were in the next process and what the next step was and when it could be tackled. He was definitely 5 star in customer service.

Very helpful - explained the process to me I’m very glad I choose Royal United. They work as a team so you’re not dealing with different people at every call and explaining your story over and over. The communication is excellent, so I wasn’t left hanging wondering what was next. I highly recommend this company, easy and came through with what they said they’d do.
