Chuck was extremely attentive, patient, and understanding throughout this whole process. There were many changes along the way to paperwork and not once did Chuck complain or make us feel like we were hassling him, though we're sure it was a hassle. It wasn't for Chuck, we probably would've given up on purchasing our home. His persistence in getting things completed and his expediency in all of this has been nothing short of amazing.
