From day 1 Chuck has been very informative regarding the house buying portion. Very tentative and and overload of EMPATHY. I felt like he knew my emotions through the phone when I would spiral lol he’d call and walk me through what I was feeling and what the expectations were. We would choose Chuck a million times beyond infinity. One cool guy for sure and five stars does not suffice it. He should get like a 100 no doubt
