Our lender, Chuck Silver, was amazing from start to finish! He was able to get us the best rate, quickly answered all our questions, is easy to reach, and is the best lender we have ever had! From day 1 Chuck has been very informative regarding the house buying portion. Very tentative and and overload of EMPATHY. I felt like he knew my emotions through the phone when I would spiral lol he’d call and walk me through what I was feeling and what the expectations were.
