The Bourbon And Brew clubhouse dining experience we had was a step better than in past years. The quality of the food has improved and this was a much needed change. This was our second visit this season and the quality of both visits was consistently good. My sirloin steak was tender, juicy, and cooked just right. need to go back to coke products or offer both need a diet lemonade the spice on the taco salad is way to spicy.
Took my 90 year old mom to this restaurant. Great food and service and it was fun to watch the horse races while dining. A unique experience
Our waitress was never around and twice we had to get up to find her. We have always had good service but not this Wednesday. She was tipped accordingly. The onion soup was perfect as well as the French dip. Mike Sandrey
We dine here multiple times during live horse racing season, and this year there was an improvement in the quality of the food we ordered. My steak was much better and juicer than a year ago, and my wife also indicated that her dinner was better than in the past. The only negative is that the meals don't come with any side dishes (such as a salad), and they don't bring bread or rolls either. Need better hostess. Waiting a long time to be greeted and seated
I was there for the Kentucky Derby party. I think they made a lot of the food ahead of time, baked potato tasted reheated and the shrimp was overcooked rubber. I feel in a normal day food would be good but the food at the party was a major fail.
We had trouble getting a server to our table when we first were seated. It got a little better but I was not impressed with our service for the entire evening.
