I’ve been to this restaurant three times, with a mix of experiences. The first visit was outstanding, the second visit was good overall, but the third unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations. The photos are from our first and best visit, when we were seated right away in the comfortable, quiet bar area. The portions were generous, the service was superb, and we left genuinely impressed. Churchill's is always a great experience. The food, the ambiance, and the service is top notch. Had oysters on the half shelf for starters. Ocean fresh! I had the ribeye medium rare cooked to perfection. The rolls are even the best in town. The bread pudding desert was amazing. Not a bad old fashion either :)
Best steak I’ve ever had in my life. Oysters were huge, loved! Scallops were sub-par. I will honestly dream of this meal every night until I get it again! Worth every penny! BUT have to complain because the ice tasted MOLDY. We had the server remove it and it was so much better… how gross?! The place was dusty and felt old. All that to say, was still totally worth it for how amazing the steak was.
Fantastic steak! I sat at the bar and ordered the 8oz Fillet medium rare with a side of bernaise. Steak came out a little under done but was a really great dinner. If you are looking for that old world steak house vibes, this is your spot in Spokane.
We sat downstairs at the bar so we could watch the bartender make drinks but also watch a little football too. The service from the bartender was outstanding and our meal was perfect. The steaks were cooked just as ordered and the noodles in the Cougar Mac and cheese were excellent!
