My son and I celebrated our birthdays together at Churchill's and it was perfect. We went at 530 on a thursday, so not a huge crowd to contend with, the tables slowly filled up as the evening progressed, but not noisy at all. The staff was very nice and our server was very happy to explain any questions we had, and was very attentive. We were so full by the end of the evening, they offered us creme brule dessert for our birthdays and we couldn't resist. Always my fav!!
