It's a good place... the workers are very well trained and professional. A lot of space and machines.. only glaring problem is if you like to shower.. only handicapped shower has any water pressure. That is a true downer.. you need a hot powerful shower after a workout.
Business response:

I don't write many reviews but I will say I am thankful to the staff at the children's playroom. I am a mother to a beautiful autistic 3 year old and worried about how she would react to going. My kiddo was nervous about being left behind so staff encouraged me to go back and hang out for a while. These ladies were beyond patient and I just want to thank you ladies on behalf of all stay at home mommy's with special needs kiddos. Looking forward to a new daily routine with you all
Business response:

So I got to try Chuze fitness for the first time, since planet fitness closed early I took the trial for Chuze and I was incredibly impressed. First off, the price starts at only $9/month so pretty much anyone can afford to come here. And for an extra $20/ fee you can get the access to their regular sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, massage room, and so many other neat extras. This gym is fully loaded with luxuries? And it's brand new only 2 weeks old! It has a grass area, and tons and tons of strength and cardio equipm... read more

I need to start a go fund me account the took my rent money .Thanks

Hello George, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. First and foremost, we are sorry to hear that this has occurred at our establishment. It's unfortunate that there are thieves out there willing to take advantage of our members. While we cannot put cameras in our locker rooms for privacy reasons, we’re glad you did everything you could on your end by locking up your belongings. We also recommend using our lockers out on the main floor as they are in public view as well as our cameras. Since they are self locking, t... read more
Cons: Might as well start off with the complaints, lol. 1. A violation of privacy lawsuit, a stabbing or a shooting, is just waiting to happen at your SW side gym! The Coors & Central Men's locker room, so I have heard from several members, is just a constant dodging guys taking pictures of you naked and undressing, or coming out of the shower. I live on the Eastside and have been going there since the 1st year that they opened. I have never been photographed that I know of, naked in the locker rooms at Winrock, in all ... read more

Everytime I go for a last minute workout , the womens bathroom is ridiculously dirty! There's alot of TP in the toilets , on the floor , it's not clean . It's disgusting . You think members would keep it clean but they don't . Or even the employees. Chuze needs to do better as well. The workout floor is gross too! There's wipes everywhere . Or if anything no wipes on the bins .
Business response:
Hello Coraly, Thank you for your review. Please know we value your input and apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced in the women's bathroom and on the workout floor. We understand how frustrating it must be to encounter dirty facilities and inadequate cleaning supplies when you're trying to have a good workout experience. These conditions are not acceptable and we take your concerns about both member and employee responsibility for maintaining cleanliness very seriously. We will follow up with our onsite manag... read more
