This place steals money from people. I tried to cancel my membership and the first person I spoke to told me I had to come in to do so. This is not possible for me. I called again and was finally given an email to cancel. They charged me $49.99 and my $9.99 monthly fee. I asked for a refund, as I tried to cancel before these charges, and was told no. I will never use this gym again. They have gotten hundreds of dollars from me over the years and refused to simply refund the last payments as I no longer desire to attend the... read more

No, still problems with TV's 3,5 &8. I've spoken to front desk personnel a couple times & they assured me that they will contact the manager. People are real nice here, but not much follow up.

The Music is Terrible!! I get it that most gym-goers are young and prefer today's music, BUT certainly the membership is a diverse demographic and you would think the music would be a bit more mainstream. The overhead lighting is not actually "lighting" but more simply GLARE and is persistently annoying. The heating and air circulation is awful. When I first started coming to chuz I thought it was great. Later on I would find things that I thought weren't right or things that work. Some of the things I applaud chuz for having is different machines, nice staff, and multiple things from protein shakes to massage guns and others. Deceptive sales practice. There are 3 membership levels on their website. The "More" plan is the only one that allows guests. Their website says "Unlimited Guest Privileges" which logically means guests have unlimited access (privileges), to the facility. What they don't clarify is that it means you can bring a guest, but the guest does NOT have access all areas and amenities. The guests are limited in what they can do. What we mean by "Unlimited" is that the paying member is welcome to bring a different guest each visit without additional charge as opposed to only being able to bring 1 specific guest each time.
