Expectations were not met on kids club, long wait time. Negative experience with an employee, poor manager solutions. Payment validated and couldn't use the service.

I went in as a guest and the woman that helped us was completely rude,bad attitude and no help with questions we had.
Horribly mismanaged club from the corporate level on down. After being a passionate member for the better part of a decade. I had a simple misunderstanding with a rude perspective new member who chose not to join partially as a result. If you try to cancel your membership early they will force you to wait until the last 10 days to do so, where they will then force you to pay for the next month of membership on top of the $50 early cancellation fee. I will not be returning.

I was not planning on saying anything but it has gotten to the point where going to this gym is a bit of an inconvenience 😔 too many Machines have been broken for a long time. I’m talking about months. Many times now I have not been able to finish my workout because a lot of the machines I use are out of service or limited due to the others being out of service. I have ended up going to another gym as a guest in order to use the machines that have been broken at this gym for months.

Gym (parking lot and inside) are packed no matter what day/time you go. The gym is clean, great music and amenities, but it's almost as if they have too many members for their space. I've seen twice male staff members hitting on women using the machines for about 15-20min which means that no one else can use that equipment. If you're going to chat that long then simply get off the machines. There is also NO basic scale. You have to upgrade your membership to use it. The gym itself is great the music is 1 terrible and 2 too loud I sent an email to the gm but she said they do they're best to cater to "a diverse choice of music" or some bull$#×× ....
