Vasa is the best location for cardio‼️Vasa Littleton recently replaced treadmills. Chuze Littleton cardio equipment is a TOTAL DISASTER!!! Chuze & corporate notified. No results. Treadmills & Elliptical machines broken & out of service. Equipment is 15 years old per employee. 4 treadmills out of service. 1 a safety hazard with no out of service sign as removed by an employee. 3 elliptical machines broken. 1 for months. 2 removed permanently. Company who doesn’t honor their contract, they’re hot tub and pool area hasn’t been working for over five months and they still will not prorate memberships. I do not recommend this company. Mikayla and Joel are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. This is a horrible company and I am going over to vasa where their pool actually works and isn’t 40 years old.

Overall it’s a good place to work out but VERY frustrated by the maintenance. Have mentioned to staff and manager so many times but doesn’t change. When equipment goes down it takes 2 months at least every single time. Whirlpool ( which I enjoy very much and is one reason many join) is down at least twice per week at all different times and for many hours at a time for “maintenance”. This is not who we are as a company and we understand that we have let you down. We are happy to report that we have recently increased our maintenance department company-wide and we look forward to providing more expeditious repair times.
I am attached to 2 medical devices at all times. While working out I remove my mask only when performing an exercise because of my asthma and heavy breathing while working out. Chuze told me I am not allowed to remove my mask to catch my breath even though state mandate say that I don’t have to wear a mask at all. However, I believe wearing one is important I am just unable at particular times. That’s a joke that they would not want to help accommodate my medical issue. They could return my calls/messages and cancel my account, and credit all of the charges since March, which I have been asking them to do since March. Nobody ever returns calls or messages. I understand that these are difficult times, but you should at least correct billing errors!!!!!
I signed up for a membership, they pull money out of my account each month but don't allow me access to the gym. They said there is a membership out there that is unpaid, but this is the first time I joined this gym. Not sure they are very organized. I would not recommend the Littleton gym.
