Love that the lockers have keypads instead of bringing ur locks. Friendly staff and enough parking spaces and storage space even when very busy. Multiples of every weight and cardio machine so I never have to wait very long if at all. Clean gym and bathrooms

This gym has great equipment and amenities, but the communication amongst staff and members is terrible. You know what sucks? Showing up to the gym with a full belly of pre workout only to find out the water is out for schedule maintenance...on a day it was 12 degrees and snowing they wanted us to use the bathrooms outside and had no place to fill water bottles. The staff are annoyingly/awkwardly friendly when you enter and leave. It's pretty obnoxious to have 3+ people greet you and awkwardly say goodbye. Hard to respond to that many people at once. Not the friendliest outside of those situations either. Also, the design of requiring you to scan the code on your phone to enter the pool area is idiotic. I'd prefer to leave it locked in a locker while I use the pool/sauna area. Otherwise, gym is pretty good.

I've been a member here now for over a year and I can't complain. It's very affordable and there are a variety of workout equipment and machines to choose from. The staff are friendly and greet you and wish you a nice day when you're heading out, but if you actually need something from them about half of them seem like they just started and don't know much. I've been going here for a little less than a year now, and I have enjoyed each location I've gone to. I will say it is very busy, dependent on the time of day and the classes going on, but I wouldn't say it's abnormal compared to any other gym. I like the amenities included with my membership, I feel like it's worth the annual contract.
