ChuzeFitness Broomfield, I canceled mine & my husband accounts because we moved. We went in to sign paperwork. I’m still getting charged for his account. They said they have no record of him canceling. Will not give me refund. I asked why am I getting charged for something you lost? Manager got on the phone, rude, talking over me. Saying will not be giving refund. Need to sign again to cancel account AGAIN!!!! So pissed!!

The customer service at the Broomfield location is not focused on the customer but rather on them making a buck - reason why they lost a customer for life. A couple of things happened: 1) once they opened the gym back up during Corona, they claimed they announced it, but I never receive any notifications through the app or my email. I started going to this place because it had it all! Weights, hydro massage, tanning, classes, kids care, etc. Sadly, as a group, they seem to fail. I’ve been sent to dirty tanning beds, dirty hydro massage beds, multiple times the bathroom stalls are out of toilet paper and sinks are out of soap. Since October 2019, there have been issues with the tanning beds needing new bulbs or overheating and turning off before the time is up. Hi Jamie, I wanted to follow up with you again. I have confirmed with the manager that tanning beds 1 and 2 have had their bulbs replaced. Bed 3 is also on the immediate horizon.
Chuze is not a bad place, however you get what you pay for is what they say! While it is clean the pool area needs help. It goes for weeks clear and smells fine to weeks of cloudy pool and moldy smells and a few gnats. The steam room is broke at least once or twice a month. There are one or two machines, sauna rooms, hydro chairs broke at times. With all that said, the classes are good, machines are acceptable and hydro massage chairs are the best! I was working out, lifting 8 pound dumbbells similar to dry-firing a pistol. The management said that they had complaints (I doubt it) and told me that I'd have to quit and go into another room. Such nonsense! I went across the street to 24-Hour Fitness, explained the situation and was welcomed. Chuze is not a club or association I would associate with. Pretty liberal , but it was OK for people to shadow box, kick box and the like. Hum?
I signed up for membership at the Broomfield, CO location. Unfortunately, I had to move to Colorado Springs shortly after, and there are no Chuze locations in Colorado Springs. So, when I tried to cancel in June of this year, they said I had to cancel in writing and had to give 30 days notice. Well, guess what. There is another billing period within those 30 days, so you get charged again. Plus, there is a $50 cancellation fee. I didn't have the extra $50. Love my new gym! Team training is my new healthy addiction only to be followed by hydro massage and soon to incorporate tanning. Thank you for saving me in excess of one hundred dollars in my monthly membership. An added bonus is hydro massage after each class and ahhhhh. The gym is kept clean by staff and fellow gym goers. What gym or sports club is not allowed to give ice to the members. Seriously???
Way too many people in this gym and no room in the locker room. Fix those issues and it's 5 stars
