RecommendedToday was my first visit. Most people think of gyms as a younger person's activity. I'm a senior (hard for me to say that) but I didn't feel like a senior while there. Although all of the staff are fairly young, they treat all of their customers great. Being my first visit since joining, I had some questions and I found Maddie up front. She was great and took her time answering my questions. She made me feel welcome and I left there feeling very comfortable. Thanks Maddie.

RecommendedThe gym is awesome, well planned with lots of machines and areas to work out at. The theater that shows movies and has bicycles and other cardio machines is genius. Plans are affordable
