RecommendedThe new remodel is really nice. Great place to workout for all levels of fitness and gender. Cardio theater, multiple workout areas, excellent equipment and the staff is always friendly and helpful...also, free tanning, hydro massage, infrared sauna. It's much better environment than 90% of the gyms I've been to over the years.
