Clean location. But they want to charge you more to bring a guest after you already have the premium membership to bring a guest.
the one in santee. My sister paid for her membership online. went there first day and wouldn't even let her in because she forgot her ID 😐😐 I'm pretty sure they have her other info on there they could have just asked her to verify if she was who she is. this is not a BANK, it's a GYM is it that serious?

Overall you can't beat the price. Equipment breaks a lot and is down for many days. It's not posh enough to get the attention of there other gyms in MV or Grossmont. Many refer to it as Santee's Red Headed Step Child Gym. Go primarily in the mornings and there is always new not so friendly staff members that stay put behind the counter. Bring back strong customer service.
