Well, first of all I would like to highly recommend Bruno Monteiro the assistant manager from the choose fitness San Jose Blvd., Mandarin location. He was off work I was working out at the shoes fitness on Sunbeam Road location. I left my truck keys in the front office which is closed he went way beyond the call of duty and got in touch with someone that's coming up here to open up The room where I left my keys. He didn't that and I really appreciate him helping me out his He's always been great thank you 5 stars.

This gym is exceptionally clean, well maintained and very well equipped. Even when I have visited at peak hours, I was able to get to the machines I needed. I have always been greeted with warmth and enthusiasm which makes me feel comfortable right away. Kudos to Kevin and the staff and my trainer, Marie.

My first time at Chuze Fitness! I have been looking to upgrade my gym and decided to give Chuze a try and was not disappointed. I went around 5pm on a Wednesday and although it was peak gym hours, the facility was packed with members but didn't feel crowded at all. Initially, the team member at the desk did not ask me if I needed help so I had to stand around for a bit. Great workout facility with "some" friendly staff, love Daisy ! Not sure if she still work there but she was an amazing worker! but the only dislike/disadvantage of the place is if you are planning to cancel your membership get ready to pay $58 to cancel it.....

I love this location! Everyone has been so kind since I joined. Easton is fantastic! So kind and helpful with my registration. He was so patient with me being new!! I also appreciate the GM coming to check in and greet me also! They are doing a great job running this location!

Update: The trainer that spent more time cracking jokes about the appearance of the gym's customers than he did working hasn't been seen since a week or so after my original review. Obviously, good gym is going to be crowded at times, and you can't help that some in that crowd are the stereotypical "gym rat" (hogging equipment, talking loudly so everyone can hear them). That's just what comes with the gym. All that said, this gym has a good setup and is worth what you pay to be a member.

I was excited about this Bailey's location when I first joined, but after a couple of months I've notice the equipment isn't being kept up as well as it should and the cleanliness of the gym has started to decline; the equipment has dirt, dust, and sweat on it.
