RecommendedI recently started going back since Covid because of my back surgery and the STEAM ROOM … The STEAM ROOM has been broken down for the last 2 1/2 weeks … Just this last week, every time I’ve asked about it , the answer I get is ,”it should be up tomorrow “ Been coming here to Chula Vista Chuze since before Covid … Good atmosphere great staff but as far as the STEAM ROOM… In the business world it goes like this ….FIX IT!

Before signing up with CHUZE FITNESS on Third Avenue, Chula Vista, I asked if my husband gets orders to move away from San Diego will I have to pay a termination fee and the staff said “no, just bring his orders”. Today I was surprised with the information that I have to pay the termination fee because My name doesn’t appear on the orders, just my husband’s name, of course, and heard from Staff Vinny “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding”. I had a workout schedule that worked for me. Then they took classes away. I know I'm not young but the seniors need classes too. I loved my u-jam with Eric. Then they took monday night away. Then they took thursday night away now my Monday moning is gone. I guess 24hr fitness is where I'll be. It works for me.
Came to workout fortune First time at Chuze (Chula Vista) because i was in the area.I will never come back to this location. Staff members not too friendly,they were too busy talking to each other. I didn't felt welcome. Mission Valley and National city is way better. Thank you!
Way too loud Feels like a ghetto club in there Machines crowded and makes it hard to find what you are interest in. I'm going back right now to give my 10 days notice to stop my membership Not all Chuze are the same I loved the Santee location- this chula vista one is a hot mess
I am a member, not as active as I'd like, but Ii pay my dues. I come here to work out, and for weight training. It really bothers me that the music is louder than most night clubs. It's supposed to be a gym, not a disco.
I signed up in December using the online process. They had a deal going on so I took advantage of it. The facilities are awesome, the place is clean, the classes are great. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because on the first day I went, I walked up to the counter and told the guy there that it was my first time. I had never been there before.
