Super clean, new equipment, not overly crowded all the time and just feels good. Don't love having to stay clothed in a sauna but it keeps the saunas from being drenched with dozens of people's sweat everywhere so I get it. Bring your own towel! Helps keep the saunas from being moist. Lol had to use they word. K bye! Oh yeah would love at least one more am class between 7-10am if possible please

Worked out here for a few months while visiting San Diego, had a great experience. Clean and organized weights, friendly staff and other gym goers, good selection of cardio machines. Would recommend to a friend.

I was really impressed by this gym, and am very selective! New equipment, super clean, and plenty of weight machines. The hydrotherapy chairs and sauna is amazing, and they also have a theragun recovery room. This feels like a luxury gym, at half the price. Great deal! Also a very positive vibe, everyone seems happy to be here. I'm glad I found this place!
