My girlfriend and I recently got a cat and the staff at Cinco Ranch really did a good job in helping us getting all of her shots and even gave us an estimate for future exams and surgeries. Thanks for all of yalls help with everything.
The place is nice and clean. The vets are great, what I don't like is the grooming.i drop off my pet at 7:30 am y called at 12:00 to check if he was ready and when they transferred my to grooming the lady that answered was so rude. She said that they have 14 dogs and he won't be ready anytime soon. Like is my problem they over booked her. All I want is good service because I'm paying for it, it's not free. Thanks for sharing with us. We are always willing to get a pet out early if requested. Our groomers are very popular and try to accomidate everyone, so some days are very busy. There is never a reason for anyone to be rude, and this will be addressed.
