I can not say enough about how awesome this kennel is! We brought our dogs to CHK so we could visit the Grand Canyon. They were only staying for the day, but it brought us peace as we did not want to leave them in our rental condo for that long of a day. As we were making our way back to the kennel to pick up the dogs (just before closing time) our car had a major mechanical issue. We barely rolled into the kennel parking lot. Cinder Hills Kennels is great!!! We first took our dogs there while we were moving. They had to stay for a week and the staff allowed me to call however many times I wanted and every time I called they were very nice and informative. We just recently took them again while traveling and our dogs started getting all excited once we pulled up. As a dog mom, that made my heart happy. I know they are being well taken care of there. I enjoy being able to see pictures of them during their stay too. Great place and friendly staff!!!
We have always had a great experiences with Cinder Hills when boarding our 2 dogs. They are very responsive via e-mail, and have wonderful options for our dogs including Day Camp, hikes, and baths! Our dogs always seem very happy to be dropped off and picked up. The best part is seeing their photos on Facebook while we are away! We can always tell they're having a great time. I boarded my three dogs at Cinder Hills in 2007 and recall it being a very positive experience for them all. I did not worry then, they had each other. I just boarded my youngest, who is now nearly 13, with Cinder Hills for 10 days! I knew she was in great hands. The staff communicated regularly with me via emails and photos. My dog was well cared for and loved at Cinder Hills. Thank you to the dedicated staff!
Cinder Hills is exceptional in their facilities and personal care and interactions with their guests. Have been using them for 10 years dogs and now a cat. They never smell like a kennel when we pick them up. They are never stressed in any way. Can't really say enough good things. We are very lucky to have them
Cinder Hills is unparalleled in the service and attention to detail they provide to the pups and cats. They have extensive accreditation and their facility is excellent. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that Rex is in good hands. They provide one-on-one attention/ playtime and have added features like nature hikes or day camp.
