Cindy Avilo was beyond helpful and kind. She made herself available and answered all of our questions and concerns. She was so thorough in explaining each step of the mortgage/loan process. Cindy Avilo was very attentive. She always returned our phone calls and when she couldn't answer she'd return our calls promptly. She is extremely knowledgeable, as well as courteous and professional. We highly recommend her to others, she's amazing!
