Between Cindy's prompt communications and the clear-cut list of tasks to complete in my account, as well as the progress board continually letting me know how my application was moving along, everything went extremely smoothly. I never felt lost or overwhelmed, and the few questions I did have, Cindy quickly and clearly answered for me.
