We were able to get pre approved and that made the entire process so much easier! Several offers on several houses, but once our offer was accepted we were able to streamline the process! I think we even closed way ahead of schedule & are happy in our new home!

Her entire team keeps you informed. They had my escrow closed in 24 days. Very easy process. Was able to complete the process through email. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a load 2 years after bankruptcy but Cindy found a loan that worked for us.
