My original closing date was 3/8/21 my loan fell through I reached out to Cindy on 3/1/21 she was able to get me conditionally approved by 3/19/21 and we closed escrow by 3/24/21. Cindy and her team are very experienced she gave me a lower rate and she replied to my emails within hours. We had great communication along the way. Cash to close was 2k less than expected. I'm extremely happy with Cindy and her team! A few days after closing Cindy had someone drop off a beautiful wood engraving that says "home."
