She was always very helpful, communicated well with us and never left a question unanswered!
It was more than an okay experience but it wasn’t a great experience. It was a good experience. With most home buyers being ignorant to how lending works and why things are needed, it is important to allow us to ask questions without giving these type of answers “I’ve been in this business for 20 years and I know what I’m doing”. You are very knowledgeable. You lead us through the process but we also want our questions answered so that we have a better understanding. Accountability is a must.
Cindy is friendly, professional, and her follow up is excellent. She is a top-notch loan officer...will definitely refer again (actually, I just referred her again yesterday:)
