Cindy was really good about answering my emails. However, her closing cost and money to bring to closing changed almost daily. She failed to tell me my husband needed to be at the closing even though he wasn't on the loan. Her final disclosure statement numbers were way off her original estimate. When I sent her an email asking questions about the closing, she replied as follows, "I can’t speak for the contract calculation but I broke down the loan amount at the time of application".
