Sometimes these loans can be very complex and Cindy made it seem as though no matter what anything could be accomplished. She kept me very informed thru out the process and had a very positive attitude which kept me at ease. The updates that my clients and I received were very informative and helpful. I had three closings in the month of August. Cindy's was the only one that was clear to close on time, in fact a week and a half early. The others used the Pandemic as the reason for delays, VanDyk got it done early. Not all lenders are created equal.
I would recommend Cindy to anyone who is looking to have clarity, and a quick closing! She went above and beyond and always kept me in the loop. If I ever had a question she was knowledgeable and quick to respond. Thank you Cindy for making my first time home buying experience easy!
