Worst fucking service EVER
Very bad service The sale reps who made my orders put different measurements in the Carbinet and counter orders, so nothing matches… clearly they don’t have time to check their inputs Delivery service are equally bad, they don’t even check the manifesto before shipping orders out and I end up missing a mirror that weight a ton and they want me to go pick it up, even when I paid for delivery Customer services are none exist, no one other than front desk ever answer the phone and when they call you back they won’t give you... read more
Very nice products. However, we have had the same bad experience twice. We showed up to pick up our order, it was missing. Despite the prior calls to our salesman to advise him that we were doing a pickup. Both times they had already sold or delivered our merchandise to another customer. What a lack of responsibility and what poor follow-up with its customers! Unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. Très beaux produits. Pub de merde des envahisseur
J’ai acheté de la colle à plancher et une moulure d’aluminium supplémentaire afin d’être sûre en cas de pépin et pour ne manquer de rien l’hôte de l’installation. Au surprise 20% de frais de retour du vol mes amis du vol. Je n’ai pas souvenir d’avoir acheté dans un quelconque magasin et avoir eu des frais de remise en inventaire. De la colle il y a rien de plus standard que ça ... c’est faire 20% de profit avec du vent
Le pire service que j’ai jamais eu. Un manque flagrant d’organisation et de suivis des commandes.
