2.5-hr tour was slightly too long for us. Maybe 2 hrs would be better.
Nice trip. Would have appreciated a longer stay around the Statue of Liberty area - this was rather rushed. Arrived back 10 minutes before schedule.
The actual cruise on a wonderful day was great (except that the speaker wasn't load enough for us to hear the guide). My issues revolve around the process of getting tickets and on board the boat. In today's age, it is crazy that I need to wait about +1/2 hours on line to get find out that the trip I want is sold out. Could they at least get a grease board to post sold out cruises? We had to book for the next day which wasn't very efficient with the Groupon deal....lots of writing of numbers and walking around the office bef... read more

We arrived with our vouchers just moments before the boat was scheduled to leave and they were patient, helpful and kind toward me and my elderly parents.
Loved the experience, but it was difficult to hear the narration.
Ran faster than expected sppeed. It should go slower to give people more time to take pictures.
I hadn’t been on the Circle Line cruise in 50+ years. It’s as fun as ever, even if the skyline has completely changed.
Wonderful experience. David was funny, informative and accurate. Highly recommend this cruise for a tourist with only a short time in the big apple. We saw plenty.
