The idea of the cruise was to see NY and hear the tour- I (and the people around me) actually had difficulty hearing what the tour operator was saying. Other than that, it was okay. But i did get on the boat for the reason of the guided tour.
This was a wonderful cruise. The island of Manhattan is a magical place. Seeing it all lit up at night was amazing. My family and I went in mid-October. The weather was still good, but I would suggest going a little bit earlier when the weather is a little bit warmer. Great evening!

Love the ride. The staff was friendly, from the guy who took (and sold) us (the obligatory tourist) pictures, to the young lady at the concession stand who accommodated our love for whip cream on our hot chocolate and the very knowledgeable guide who narrating our trip. I was disappointed that, because of the weather our trip was limited, but that was out of anybody control. I would recommend it and would love to go again.
Well! Tour was nice! Getting tickets for the on Groupon discounted ticket confirmation l, at the counter was smooth. Overall, a lovely experience!

Great cruise but if sitting outside impossible to hear the commentary which is a great shame as all you are seeing are the sights with absolutely no idea what buildings or bridges the are or the history. Maybe they need to consider portable audio tapes
