They did a great job beginning to end! The folks at Citadel prepared the most thorough bid of any of the companies we contacted. Once we selected them, the follow up, service, communication, installation, and inspections were all done promptly and professionally. We love the new roof, solar, and gutters that they installed for us and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Evan was my sales person he was knowledgeable and patient We spoke with Evan for a month and when we were ready he had it done in 2 weeks. Work crew was on time and efficient.

Excellent and knowledgeable service, no pressure, good follow up we were looking for a company that was also a roofing company as we have a large home and tile roof. If possible wanted a local company that had been in business for some time with a great track record

A company who’s employees serve with integrity My experience with Kevin Babcock was wonderful. He provided all the answers to our questions and followed up if he didn’t have the info on the spot. He was transparent with our quote and I appreciate that quality in a sales person. I never felt like he was pushing me to make a decision.

Excellent Product and Service I compared several different companies and Citadel met my needs. I replaced my roof with Citadel as well as installed new Solar System. Their customer service was excellent and the various work crews showed up when expected and did a great job with the installation of the system. They were great about coordinating with the county inspectors to have the permits approved as well. Not to mention the cleanup after the project was complete! Citadel did a wonderful job putting on our new roof and solar Citadel did a new roof and solar for my neighbor and I was impressed with the work. I had them replace our roof and add solar with battery. This gave us back up power and the ability to maximize our self consumption.

We had a great experience, they made the process very easy. When we decided to go solar we had several companies come to our home and give us a quote. We liked Nathan’s presentation, he was professional, informative, and friendly. Once we started the process he always kept us informed and answered all our questions very promptly. If he did not have the answer or was not his department he would connect us to the right person and then follow up to make sure our questions were answered.
