I recently received a call from Aaron Johnson at Citizen Home Solutions to help setup my upcoming move. He was very courteous, personable, respectful and informative throughout the entire call. I didn't feel rushed through the process; Everything was explained very simply and I had absolutely no questions by the end of the call. That's very rare nowadays as most reps come off as irritated and annoyed after they call you, and even when trying to lighten up the call... most still respond like they're frigging robots!!! The moving experience was so much easier with the wonderful staff at Citizens. They continued to follow up to make sure everything was to my liking and that all utilities changed over seamlessly. Thank you for all you do in reading the moving transition.
The set up was extremely easy and the gentleman that called me was very nice and professional, but also personable at the same time. ThTs a rare find these days. He was super knowledgeable about everything he offered and helped me to chose the best ones for my family. I hands down give them a full 5 stars, I would do more if they allowed it. Wish all companies were this easy and friendly!
