My grandfather was at Citrus Heights Post Acute and since has made several statements that he would go back if medically needed. Great therapy staff, they worked hard to get him safe enough to return home both cognitively and physically, also recommended equipment needs to be successful at home. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone I know needing rehab or long term services.

This place is a mess. Aside from a few staff they do nothing regarding concerns. During our time here the following has occurred: -Continuously losing my mother's items despite the fact it has been clearly communicated several times including posted signs that I will take her laundry home (to avoid this exact situation). Nothing is resolved after two care conferences to date. Also a ring my mother has worn for years is missing. I have been assured that they are adequately staffed in line with industry norms and state regulations I guess I need to be more patient of a patient. . However the turnover is very high.

Where do I begin with this epic mess of a company. I came here in the summer of 2024 after having to have a foot and eventually having a partial leg amputation. Here is a list of of complaints about this place: 1. I have lost clothes while here 2. I had my orthopedic doctor prescribed compression socks for me to wear so I can be fitted for a prosthetic leg and they ended up losing them and a nurse tried to convince that the socks don't work 4. I just called this place checking to see if they had long-term availability. I have received their number from Sutter health and it looked like they had great readings from the information Sutter have me. The receptionist who answered the phone it was extremely rude and had an attitude when I asked three simple basic questions. Even her tone and the way she said bye gave me a horrible feeling.
