I have never been so disgusted before in my life. I went to Clancy’s this morning and ordered a sausage edd and cheese biscuit. The manager was there this morning cooking and I saw him wrap up my sandwich (he made direct eye contact with me) and stuck it in the microwave. All I can say is that if you don’t make the food made to order then don’t hand food to a paying customer straight out of the microwave.

I went thru Clancy’s drive thru this evening to get a grilled cheese. Let me tell you. It came out on a smashed hamburger bun smashed to smitherines and when I took it back, Paula the manager on duty who also made the sandwich said they’ve made it like that for 50 years. I said to her and 2 other workers if they had been out at a restaurant and ordered a grilled cheese, and that came out for them to eat, they would be upset too. She said the kids they serve love it. There giants have turned into the Golden Midgets!! Really small patties for a the price of a steak dinner!!! Get with it Clancy you breakfast is so good and you failed greatly on dinner!!!
Went through the drive thru and got breakfast for myself my fiance n son. Once getting home opened the bisc and gravy and found half a biscuit halved n little gravy in both, My hashbrown tasted like had been sitting for hours! Have been trying to call for at least an hour n a half phone always says busy.
