RecommendedDr Clark and Dr Holmes are the best oral surgeons around. I had extraction and bone graft a few weeks ago and had no problems. Staff very nice too.

We had a procedure booked for our child for over a month. Less than a week before, on Friday at the end of business, a number from Ohio called and left me a message saying “I have scheduled for Thursday, January 2 We do not have any availability” Assuming this was a mistake or spam I called back to be told that they were looking at next weeks procedures and decided my child was too young. My daughter was referred to this practice by her dentist for a suspected failing implant. The front staff were too busy with personal calls to take care of people coming in. They took X-rays, charged a ridiculous copay, and gave her a 5 second exam only to say- you’re not our problem. {She is not able to go back to the original practice that did the implant hence the referral.} When we made this appointment it was explained what the issue was, it would have been easy to not accept the referral. RecommendedThe TLDR version is, dental office failed to submit documents, the office knows anesthesia is a covered benefit and is still charging me the office rate of $330 and not my dental plans contracted rate $114. I went to Clark, Smith Holmes for a tooth extraction and a bone graph. The surgeon did an amazing job. My issue is the billing. RecommendedI do not recommend them to wisdom tooth extraction. They still use old techniques, they do not sutures leave open wound. very unprofessional.
I do not recommend them at all. They could not even do the simple extraction and left me in severe ppain and multiple surgeries and hospital visit.
RecommendedI do not recommend. I had a back molar removed by Dr. Clark in February 2022. Have had nothing but gum pain and swelling since. In April, Dr. Clark told me the pain was because I needed a root canal in another molar. I went to an Endodontist who did testing and said the tooth was fine. No one told me it was a possibility and 5 months later, a bone fragment (from the broken molar during surgery) started erupting from my gum. Dr. Clark could not remove it my second Return visit. Went in to have some drainage done. Clark is way to rough. Didn't wait long enough to numb. I've never had a panic attack at the dentist before. If I tell you I can't breath don't tell me I can and keep going. Let me breathe!
