I had difficult to find rats (2) in an area encasing my master bathtub. Dan, the supervisor went out of his way ona Friday afternoon and spent all the time needed to find where the horrible smell was coming from. He did an amazing professional job. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough for how good he is. I can now go back to sleep in my master bedroom which was intolerable for over a week. TY Dan!!

Robert Orosco is a great technician. He is very polite and always asks if there have been any issues and will work towards fixing. He also is very careful to make sure that my dog is inside before using any chemicals. If I'm not home he has shut the screen door to my house to block the doggy door. That's going above and beyond. Thanks!

We've had Clark for several years now, and we have been very happy with them. Doing the service at our house is always kind of a hassle, because we have to secure our big dogs inside. Robert always lets us know the day before he is coming, and then texts us the same day so we can get the pooches inside. He has been great at working around our schedule, which is really appreciated! They are absolute professionals.
I wanted to give a shout out to Robert. He's been servicing our account for a while now and last month we received a separate service for fleas in the backyard. Whatever was used irritated both dogs, but Dakota was so bad she had to go to the vet for antibiotics. I mentioned this to Robert when he came this week and he told me he would spray for fleas, and he used a different treatment and method for spraying the backyard.
